    Bill Kostenko, CEO has more than 25 years of experience and is a recognized expert in advising and managing marketing and communications firms. Since 1990, he has helped clients implement transactions involving divestment, acquisition and financing solutions. He has also been involved in numerous crisis situations in a leadership role.

From 1986 to 1990, Bill was the Chief Financial Officer and a significant shareholder in Sherwood, a holding company with 14 operating subsidiaries in the communications industry. Bill negotiated the divestment and sale of several subsidiaries of Sherwood during the late 1980's.

Prior to Sherwood, Bill held senior financial management positions with a number of manufacturing and technology based companies including Genesis Microchip, Mitel, Rolm Canada and Rockwell International.

Bill serves several private and public company boards and is an advisor to the Queen's Centre for Enterprise Development. He has an M.B.A. in finance from McMaster University as well as a B.A. in Economics.

Perry Miele, Chairman has over 20 years of experience in the advertising and marketing industry and has earned a reputation as a strategic builder of businesses.

In 1987, Perry became a partner in Gingko, an integrated marketing services company, located in Toronto. At Gingko, Perry grew the company to become one of Canada ’s largest independently owned agencies. In 1998, he successfully negotiated a merger with DraftWorldwide (a subsidiary of Interpublic Group). Perry joined Draft’s executive management team as President of the International Group, leading the company’s international expansion.

Perry started his career with the Canadian federal government, rising to the position of Chief of Staff to the Minister of International Trade during the NAFTA negotiations.

Perry currently sits on the boards of Izumi Outdoors and the Fishing Forever Foundation and is a member of the Young Presidents Organization. Perry has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario.

Andrea Nickel, Vice President has more than ten years experience in the US and Canada, in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions and turnarounds. She has worked with entrepreneurial companies in a wide range of industries including marketing and communications, manufacturing, food and beverage and technology.

Prior to Beringer, Andrea worked as a consultant for Bain & Company, a global management consulting firm. At Bain, she worked on projects such as developing acquisition strategies, conducting due diligence, analyzing feasibility of new business units and developing growth strategies.

Andrea has also worked for a food ingredients manufacturing company to restructure operations. She began her career in the information technology industry launching and marketing software products.

Andrea has an MBA in Private Equity from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from McGill University .

Mark Farber, Vice President has over ten years of experience in strategic planning, project management, corporate finance, investor relations and investment banking. He has worked for large corporations as well as smaller entrepreneurial companies, both in the corporate as well as financial services sectors. His industry experience includes marketing and communications, telecommunications, technology, and traditional manufacturing businesses.

Before Beringer, Mark was a consultant providing strategic planning and corporate finance services to small, growing companies. Prior to that, he was an investment banker with a Toronto-based boutique firm servicing small and medium sized technology companies.

Mark also worked for Norigen Communications, a start-up Canadian telecommunications company, where he was instrumental in raising over $350 million of debt and equity from Canadian and US investors. Prior to that, he was responsible for strategic planning at Rogers Cable TV. Mark started his career as a research assistant at the Bank of Canada in Ottawa.

Mark is a CFA Charterholder. He has an MBA from The Ivey School of Business Administration at the University of Western Ontario and a BA in economics from Concordia University .
