Chad Paparoni joined Beringer Capital in 2024. As Associate Partner, Chad plays a central role in the firm’s capital accumulation and investor relations activities, leading strategic transactions, and heading Beringer’s co-investment platform alongside broader investment-related activities. His mandate also includes expanding the firm’s strategic partnerships and supporting portfolio companies. In addition, Chad serves on the firm’s execuitive leadership team.
Prior to joining Beringer, Chad spent nearly a decade in investment management at Jarislowsky Fraser where he was a Senior Institutional Portfolio Manager, overseeing more than $4B in public equity and fixed income investments, and Co-Headed the firm’s private equity program. In addition, Chad led the development and implementation of all new private asset solutions and worked directly with the firm’s management team on executing strategic initiatives.
Chad received an MBA from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management and a BCOM degree in Accounting from the University of Guelph.
Outside of the office, Chad can be found spending time with his growing family, keeping active within his community, and challenging his wife on the Peloton.
