Beringer Capital Announces New Principal David Saunders

TORONTO, ON - Beringer Capital is thrilled to announce the promotion of David Saunders to Principal. Dave has been a critical member of the Beringer team for over a decade, serving as Vice President, leading diligence and deal execution as well as supporting portfolio companies with financial and strategic guidance.

Most recently, David led the acquisition of Dig Insights, a next-generation consumer insights company, and the fourth acquisition of the Beringer Digital Transformation Fund. David’s extensive transaction experience positioned Beringer for a successful partnership with this highly sought-after company.

Prior to Joining Beringer Capital, David worked at RBC Dominion Securities, providing analysis on asset allocation and investment decisions for an actively managed portfolio. David has an HBA degree from The Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
