David Saunders joined Beringer Capital in 2012 and serves as an Associate Partner on the investing team. In this role, he is responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, executing transactions, and supporting the growth and strategic priorities of Beringer’s portfolio companies.

David has played a key role in several of the firm’s platform investments, primarily Dig Insights and Northern Commerce. He brings over a decade of transaction experience, particularly in technology based business services, and has meaningfully contributed in the development of the firm’s deep strategy expertise and value creation capabilities.

Prior to joining Beringer Capital, David worked at RBC Dominion Securities, where he provided analysis on asset allocation and investment decisions for actively managed portfolios.

David holds an Honours Business Administration (HBA) degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his growing family.
