Jeremy Munro joined Beringer Capital in 2021 and serves as a Vice President on the investing team. In this role, he is responsible for leading investment evaluations, overseeing due diligence, executing transactions, and supporting the growth and strategic priorities of Beringer’s portfolio companies.
Jeremy has played a key role in several of the firm’s platform investments, including Perform[cb], Inman, Benzinga, and VeraData. He has also led and executed numerous strategic add-on acquisitions, contributing to operational scale, expanded capabilities, and long-term value creation.
Prior to joining Beringer, Jeremy was an Associate in the Corporate & Investment Banking group at TD Securities, where he worked on a range of capital markets transactions focused on global financial institutions. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Queen’s University.
Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his family, playing squash, and cheering on his hometown Toronto Maple Leafs.
