Mirant Shah joined Beringer Capital in May 2022 as a Senior Accountant. He leads the accounting operations across all fund entities, with responsibilities spanning financial reporting, audit coordination, fund compliance, and internal controls. With nearly a decade of progressive experience in both public practice and corporate accounting, Mirant brings a strong understanding of financial systems, fund structures, and cross-border reporting standards.

Before joining Beringer Capital, Mirant held accounting roles at Creative Matters Inc. in Toronto and at a public accounting firm in India, where he gained extensive experience in financial statement preparation, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting.

Mirant is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and an Intermediate Chartered Accountant (ICAI). He holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from Lambton College (Toronto) and a Master of Commerce from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda (India). He is also certified as an Accounting Technician (ICAI).

Outside of his professional pursuits, Mirant enjoys playing and following cricket, reading, traveling, and engaging in spiritual exploration.
