Ria Iyer joined Beringer Capital in 2025. In her role as Associate, she is responsible for Beringer’s investor relations and capital formation activities, expanding the firm’s strategic partnerships and servicing the existing client base.

Prior to joining Beringer, Ria spent nearly three years at Scotiabank as a Manager on the Enterprise Strategy team, where she supported C-suite executives and business line leaders on key strategic initiatives across the organization.

Ria graduated from the Ivey Business School at Western University with an Honors Bachelor’s degree in Business.

Outside of work, Ria enjoys practicing yoga and pilates, playing guitar, drinking matcha and travelling the world.
