Simrat Minhas joined Beringer Capital in 2023. In his role as an Analyst, he is responsible for evaluating potential investment opportunities, conducting comprehensive due diligence analyses, and supporting the strategic growth initiatives of Beringer’s portfolio companies through targeted value creation strategies. He actively contributes to the firm’s investment evaluation process while developing expertise across multiple portfolio investments and participating in strategic initiatives that drive operational improvements and long-term value enhancement.

Prior to joining Beringer, Simrat worked at a boutique investment banking firm in Toronto and in restructuring advisory. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University.

Outside of work, Simrat enjoys playing volleyball, exploring new restaurants, stacking chips at the poker table, and competing in fantasy sports leagues.
